Delivery Information for The Natural Pet Place
We're committed to getting your natural pet goodies to you as quickly and efficiently as possible! Here's what you need to know about our delivery options:
Same-Day Dispatch:
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1 pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) on the same day.
Weekend & Bank Holiday Orders:
Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day, so delivery may take a little longer.
All of our parcels are sent via a fully tracked service. We use Royal Mail who partner with USPS.
$15 up to 250g
$22 up to 1kg
$26 up to 2kg
$40 up to 3kg
$50 up to 4kg
$60 up to 5kg
$80 up to 7.5kg
$100 up to 10kg
$160 up to 20kg
Orders over 20kg please contact us for a quote as we can only send a maximum of 20kg per box, so your order will be split into several shipments and the price may differ.
Tracking Your Order:
Rest assured, all our delivery options are tracked, so you can easily monitor the progress of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to the relevant carrier's website.
Returns Information
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases from The Natural Pet Place. Please see our returns policy below:
Food Items (Including Treats and Supplements):
For the safety and well-being of all pets, we do not accept returns on food items, which includes treats and supplements.
Damaged Food Items or Dissatisfaction:
While we don't typically accept returns on food, treats, or supplements, if your order arrives damaged, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thenaturalpetplace.co.uk. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to find a suitable solution for you.
Non-Food Items (Lickimats, Toys, Accessories):
We gladly accept returns on non-food items such as lickimats, toys, and other accessories, provided they meet the following conditions:
The item(s) must unused be in their original, sealed, and undamaged packaging.
If you wish to return a non-food item, please contact us at hello@thenaturalpetplace.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund. Please note that the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
